Steve is for the music you own, so let’s pool what we know about owning it.

Share what works for you:

- **Stores** for lossless and hi-res downloads (Bandcamp, Qobuz, HDtracks, 7digital, or the artist’s own site)
- **Ripping your CDs** , and which settings you use (for example XLD on Mac or Exact Audio Copy on Windows)
- **Tagging and artwork** tools (MusicBrainz Picard, Mp3tag…) and how you keep a big library tidy
- **Getting files onto your iPhone** : Wi-Fi import, the Files app, cloud folders

One rule: **legal sources only**. Links to pirated downloads will be removed.
